Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via Royal Mail or Hermes 2-3 business days(it means you will receive the product about 3-5 business days after place order). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges: We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will send a replacement as soon as possible.
